Quick question friends, Does any body know or can tell me if its possible to get a name out of an IP address and how???

No, but you can usually find out the general location of where the IP address is coming from. Just Google IP lookup.

It's definitly possible to get whatever you want out of an IP address, but depending on your skill/experience you probably can't... And, unless you find a loop hole or don't get caught, it's illegal.
