hi....good day everyone,
I do have this print spooler problem:The printer is installed in one of the PC that is a member of a network. When I tried to test print from a diff. station of that network an error says that the print spooler is not started. But actually I started it, set it to automatic, I turned off the firewall, started the RPC locator.....but no luck!....when i tried to open a doc and print an error msg. showing:
There's a problem with printer setting.
>Check the printer power.
>....
>....
what should I do???
HELP......tnx a lot.

Turn power off on the printer and also take the Ethernet cable (providing this is a network printer) out as well for about one minute also go to
The usual path to the spool folder is
C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\spool\\PRINTERS, but yours may be slightly different and delete all that is their.

also stop printer spooler on both machines and then run them again then refresh the services page and make sure their still running then trying printing test page on pc its connected to then on other pc problems is still their reinstalled the drives and reshare the printer.
