Default How to tell what programs are using the Internet?

Is there a program that can tell me what programs are using the internet and what KBS They are using?

I assume you're running windows, so in the command prompt type "netstat -an" or you can check out sysinternals tcp view program found here:

I use netstat in the command line, it gives you everything you'll ever need to know.

I'd use Sysinternals, but its an external app, and I really prefer to only keep what I need on my PC (in this case, my PC is my media server, so I gotta keep it lightweight).

I Like Using TCP view (The Program that johnnyblackout Recomended) ,its only 200kb and its GUI Is Pretty simply to use.
