How to enable HP embedded web services

I am past the problem from a few days ago and now my 8610 HP printer is working on wireless rather than USB so I now have an internet connection.
The problem I have now is when I try to enable the embedded web services from both the printer setup and also from the internet both ways say web services could not be enabled. I have look through all 268 pages of the pdf. file that serves as an owners manual and cannot find a fix. Could someone please help me with this ?

I finally got it working and I wanted to let you know so no one would waste time on this post. I found another post similar to mine from a couple of years ago and I followed the directions given to that person (there were a few differences) but it also worked for me. I would like to thank the person who gave the instructions but now I cannot find the post and I do not know the persons name. I believe it was a woman that said she worked eight years for HP. Anyway thanks from me also for your excellent instructions.
