Default How To Compare Wifi Adapters?

So basically I have two Wifi Adapters and I wanna test which one is faster/better. How should I do it? I have been using SpeedTest.net but the speeds aren't really reliable since they are for a short interval. Is there any website/program that will record things like download/upload speeds, ping, etc for a long interval like a day and give me the averages and such?

Or are there any other methods to test these two adapters?

Thanks

Too many variables. How busy your ISP is. How busy the sites you visit are. How bad the traffic is on the network. Time of day. Etc, etc...
And a lot will have to do with up to date tech and drivers for either card or device.

Thats why I want to test it over a long interval to minimize interfering variables.
