Default How to check downloads?

Hello, so the download limit has been gone over by between 25-30GB this month and i was wondering if there was a way to check each computer for how much has been downloaded, Thankyou for any replys =)

Well I think you're looking for the tools like LAN Flow & Bandwidth monitoring - OsMonitor.
Also, I guess windows XP used to have some tool called perfmon which could be used for this purpose.

My best guess would be to check your router to see if statistics are kept for each network device or just for the router itself. If it keeps stats for each device then you might be able to see which IP address is receiving the largest amounts of packets.
