I can move it from computer to computer and have the internet on any computer i chose but say if wanted to be on the internet on two different computers at the same time with that same usb. can that be done? Can i leave the usb on one computer and some how get a router or anything to spread the signal in order words so the other labtop can pick it up?

Well yea technically you can use ad-hoc networking if both computers support it. It would make browsing slower though.
heres the microsoft page for setting it up:Set up a computer-to-computer (ad hoc) network
You won't need a router or anything, just two computers.
