I have a D-Link DIR-655 and it's a decent router. I moved my room in my home and it's much farther than I was previously. It's giving me a 2-3 bar connection and it's getting annoying. Are there any solutions for me to expand my connection?

Some routers will let you increase the broadcast strength in their control panels. If it's not their, you may be able to access it using tomato firmware. Also, you can try switching the broadcast channel, it may be interfering with other networks around you.
