Home networking question

Hi All,

I have a old wireless 2WIRE DSL router that I use to connect laptops, desktops, etc. I am considering getting a Linksys wireless g router, since my old router is wireless b. I subscribe to a 5 mbps connection, but don't seem to get the full benefits. Is this a good purchase?

Yes that would be fine, however wireless N is the wave of the future.
