Default Home Network

Is it possible to set up a home network through a wireless router without hooking your router to the internet?

Yes. It's done the same way you would normally, you just leave out the Internet cord on the router.

The computers will have access to each other (assumming you set up proper file sharing permissions) and that will be it.
