Help needed! pretend 4 servers setup!

Im trying to write up a mock company network setup:

4 servers, 500 users (at least) on each server.
I need to show IP addresses for each server, and the IP ranges for each.

I thought...easy right...well, i have no idea where to start and get stuck on all the IP ranges for each server.

How would i go about doing so? using a subnet or something to divide each server?

no clue!? can someone help me get started?

You would you subnetting to acomplish this. I can try and help but it will be diferent unless you're willing to give me the IP address. I just finished learning about subnetting in cisco.
