help with my network

Can anyone help me because my problem is that scince I completely wiped my hard drive I have not been able to make my network because my computer cant detect the hardware. when I check it on an add new hardware thingy its on the list but it says it cant start (code 10)
Please help!

Do you have the Driver? Is it an install Driver? If it is, install it and then check for Hardware.
