(help) internet sharing between two device by proxy

hello.... Am quite a noob in internet networking, i need everyones help... I use a windows vista connected to the internet, an http local (127.0.0.1:6050) proxy is set up using a tunneling software, which i set the proxy in web browser to access webpages, i can only use the tunneling software to acess d internet, how can i use that proxy on my ipod touch, when i connect it with my laptop via wifi
