help with home network please!!

hi i have a big problem with a couple of people on my wireless network in my student house. i dont no all that much about networking, we agreed to not download during the day as this cause the net to run slow n u cant play games. could any1 give me any tips to how to tell if whos downloading so i can lay the smack down

yea you could get anytype of traffic monitor.. i use SNIIFFER PRO which will monitor everyones activity on the network and log everything the user does online.
