Hello folks,

Anyone know if there is a way to stop an email going into the 'Spam' folder. I want the odd one or two to go into my inbox in the normal way.

I thought that I could click on the relevant mail and sort it that way but it seems not.

To stop email from family or friends going into the Spam folder, the only way that I know is to do them individually,

Open the email you want to go to the Inbox, check the box in the email and it will open more commands in the tool bar.

One of these is Not spam, click on this and it will then be put in the Inbox.
