Default FreeRADIUS server

Is anyone here knowledgable with configuring FreeRADIUS or RADIUS in general?

I am looking to for a way to set up user acconts that will be temporary for a wireless network. I want them to timeout after a specified time whether idle or not. The network is using eap over ttls. Is there a certain radius config file that i could go into to set something like that up or is it unclear?
