Foxconn motherboard 661MXPlus not working

Picked up this computer and did a fresh install of windows 7 32bit.

I cannot seem to locate the right driver for this motherboard. I cannot connect to the internet. The Etherner controller in the device manager says that "device is not installed"

Its has a 10/100Mbps Ethernet Controller LAN Onboard technical details can be found here FOXCONN 661MXPlus SOCKET 478 (P4 Prescott/Celeron D/HT) 400/533/800(OC)MHz FSB w/VIDEO/SOUND/LAN/AGP - mATX - RETAIL BOX*

Any help would be most appreciated.
