Default DNS Error - Server cannot be found PLEASE HELP!!

Hello,
I am starting an internet business and the web site that I need to go to keeps giving me the dreaded "DNS Error - Server cannot be found" message. Can someone please give me easy to understand directions on how I can solve this problem. I have tried a registry cleaner, but this did not solve the problem. I have also tried the command prompt DNS "something" can not think of what it was at this time.

However, none of these worked. Im sure this can be fixed, but I have tried everything I know. I will list the site I am trying to enter if someone needs it.

I am running Vista Ultimate 64-bit if this helps anything.

Post the output of the command "ipconfig /all" when its ran in command prompt as well as a screenshot of the webpage and the URL.
