yes.. Id set the refresh value and also expire and Time-To-Live values I think.

Ive never done that with server 2003 or anything else yet as I hadn't the need to.

www.dnsreport.com and type in your website address to check how good (or bad) your DNS is.

setup all depnds on type of DNS software running.
