Well have you tried to google that ip address that was set to your IPv4 DNS? If you can't figure out rather or not that is a distinct DNS server, then it would be best to change it to your routers ip... I can guide you through this, but I would first recommend at least trying to figure out if your DNS is an actual DNS...
