Hello, I've been experiencing an annying problem: Sometimes my browser gets stuck, and I do the usual: Clean history, cookies with ccleaner for example, but the problem still remains.
I've notced one thing in particular that perhaps may lead to a diagnostic: Sometimes. not always when the broser get stuck when i'm surfing the internet I disconnect my internet access and boom, then it loads the page. I usually disconnet my router: a UTStarcom to "refresh" the connection but I think this is not normal. Is it because I'm opening several tabs at the same time? Thanks, and I don't know if this post belongs in this part of the forum.

Are you using an ethernet cable or is this wifi?
I know I have problems with my Netgear wireless overheating and not routing properly.

So I would isolate the problem by testing another browser.
If the issue is with the browser, then the fix is simple. Uninstall the browser and then run CCleaner, cold boot, reinstall the browser. It this is IE on Windows, upgrade or rollback. If the issue is not the browser, test another computer on the same connection medium. Issue remains then disconnect the UTStarcom router and plug straight into the modem. Test again. - If the issue remains, the issue is with your modem - If the issue is resolved, the issue is with your router
