Default Conncecting another computer to wireless?

Hi there,

I have my laptop connected to a wireless network and i now have a desktop computer (both XP Home) that has no internet connection.

Am i able to connect the desktop computer to the net somehow from my laptop? i.e not having to plug the desktop physically into the router?

either buy a wireless adapter for the desktop (easiest), or use a crossover cable with sharing enabled on the laptop.
Laptop spec: ASUS X53E, i5 2430m 2.4ghz, 3gb ram, 320gb hdd, intel hd graphics, usb 3.0
