Configuring In Web Filtering In IP Fire

So in my course in networking we've started off with configuring a firewall in VMWare 10. Our teacher gives out powerpoint with steps then a lab challenge and one of the tasks in setting up web filtering and cannot get it to work after looking at wiki and other things. If anyone wants to know hows it configured then just say and I'll explain it the best I can remember.
