Clearing NetBT

Okay my internet has been running slow and sometimes it doesn't even work. I have a wireless router. So I tried to repair the connection but i get an error that says the following action can not be completed Clearing NetBT. How do I fix this?

I have had the same problen (With the runnin slow, and somtimes not runnin) I dunno how to fix, sorry!

Yeah it is really pissing me off. It just started happening yesterday and the internet keeps cutting out so I keep on getting screwed over for downloads or playing a online game.
