Can't get Networked computers to share files

Ok, so I have another question and I figured I might as well use this thread. I've got networking working on the computers and they are able to share files. I've got a second router hooked up to the first and I was wondering if it was possible to add the computers hooked up to the second router to the main workgroup so they can all share files. When I run the setup wizard, everything works fine, but they can only see each other (as in, the computers on the second router see each other and the computers on the first router see each other) but they seem to be separated by the different routers.
