Can I install a wireless router without the installation wizard?

Try 192.168.1.1

That's the IP for my router at least.

to get the ip to your router go to start and run. Type "winipcfg" without the " and a window will open up the ip next to default gateway will be your router ip. Type that in your browser to get your router config page.
