Broadband speed

Where I live we have 60 down, 5 up. They keep raising the download speed but they never do anything about the upload. I guess if 10 people in the house all want to stream netflix at once that's great but that's not exactly helpful to me.

With my new fibre service that will be installed in 2 weeks we will have 100 down and 40 up. At the moment on my ADSL2 connection We get a maximum of 3 down.
