Default Blocking Unwanted URLs or any service on the network?

Hello I have a prestige router ZYXEL. and my brother is extreamly annoying in my household, He downloads porn on programmes , not mentioning. but it seriously pisses me off, because when he zaps the bandwidth I can't get on MSN or access the web and it fustrates me.

I noticed on the firewall tab on the prestige router, other than a URL filter, there is also a service blocker where I can type in an IP address range UDP OR TCP,is there anything! I can do or use here to possibly annoy my brother or stop some porn etc.

Thank you

I'm also the Local Admin in our household.

Usr: Administrator
Pss: password

Hope it helps
