Default Bandwidth monitor or something?

I was wondering if there was a simple (preferrably free) utility/program that I could run to see who's connected to my wireless network and who's drawing the most bandwidth?

The reason I ask is I have 3 roommates and we're always arguing over who's sucking up the bandwidth when it sucks...cuz it gets really slow sometimes.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

There are loads of free software out there. I've never used any but check this.

I've already searched. I was looking for some actual user feedback and recommendations, not a smart ass comment.

Cute animation.

Very well. As I was.

The animation thing is clever though.

I'll check that stuff out.
