Anybody use Server 2008 R2 Routing?

Hey guys just trying to get two networks talking between each other using MS Server 2008 R2 Routing and Remote Access Server. I was just going to create a static route because I basically just need to segment CUCM + IP Phones from my Home Network, but I am missing something I guess. Just trying to get 192.168.0.1<<==>>192.168.1.0.
