adapter teaming a DSL connection and a mobile tether?

Ok... So, 1 day I was out on my new phone (LG Optimus one) and I was like, wow this internet is fairly dandy, I wonder how fast it uploads/downloads, ooo .5-1mbs down and .4-.7mbs up... hang on... .4-.7mbs up!!! thats faster than my dsl conection!!!!

Now, Im thinking, well this is unlikely that I can, as what IP would the site Im uploading 2 know where to reply!!

so... I was thinking... I am using a program to upload a livestream to the internet... Can I dedicate my phone (through tethering) to do all uploads/downloads for that program?

Another idea, although this isn't the correct forum to post it in, is to find a way to stream the data to another computer who doesn't use the DSL router as the internet, rather my phone, but ill be asking that in another forum directory.
