Default 100 mpbs vs 10mbps and half duplex vs full duplex

can someone explain this?

Is 100mpbs with full duplex better than 10 mbps half duplex on the network?

yes its better. From what i understand Full duplex means you can send data both ways at the same time, eg a phone coz ya can both talk together. Half duplex means information can only be sent in one direction at a time, eg a walkie talkie. 100 mbps is obviously 10 times faster than 10mbps.
