I feel like assembling the hardware isvthe easy part, im still kinda confused on the whole UEFI set up and driver and os installation

Nah, the software part, although could take much more time, is much simpler and safer than the hardware part. If the OS drive is an SSD, things are gonna be fast and trial is some kinda unlimited and safe. Just be careful with flashing memories and backing up before those trials.

As B.E. suggested above, it's a good idea to start a new thread about it.
