Default Change from Workgroup to domain

I use Windows 7 on VMware, and I want to join domain with server. But why domain disabled to change?

Which version of Windows 7 are you using? Home Premium? Professional?

Click the little grey circle to the left of the word "Domain," you should then be able to type in the field.

EDIT: Ah, I see, that's not your screen, my mistake.

Yes is not my screenshot, the cycle of Domain has disabled,

Open "Run" from the start menu and type "Winver" in the box that appears. Click ok. shows us the screenshot of what appears.
