Default Carol

I have photos in a folder under OneDrive. I can view the photos, but cannot e-mail or burn them to a CD. There is a red icon ahead of each photo, and I have been told they are all "off line." How can I get these photos onto a CD?

I do not use OneDrive, but have you tried copying the photos to a folder in your PC and then burning them?

Your files need to be synchronized.

Follow the steps here to get OneDrive synced up so you can open/interact with, your files.

What computer has the original files on it?
Go to that computer and sync to the cloud then you can get them from there to another computer.
