Hi. I remember having an iTunes Store account but when I try to log-in using my PC, a message appears saying that either my username or password is incorrect. I click on forgot password but nothing happens. I have contacted Apple but get no response. Without going logging into iTunes, I cannot back-up my iPhone. Strangely, I am able to log on iTunes using my iPhone only.
Probably, I have 2 different usernames. This is strange as when a user tries to set-up 2 accounts with the same e-mail address, it fails. Any advice?
