try this: boot in safe mode then go to tools->folder options->VIEW tab-> show hidden files, uncheck hide protected OS files
after that,check in program files the zone labs folder and delete it. And then, go to windows folder and try to find the internet logs folder and delete it. Go to system32 folder and delete the zonelabs folder as well as the vsdatant.sys,vsutil.dll,vsinit.dll and restart your computer. After that got to this link https://getca.verisign.com/ and follow the direction in fixing the root certificate. Hope it helps
