Default Zalman 9700 Instalation

I have a E6750 and I'm considering a Zalman 9700 as I cannot OC any further with my AC7 cooler. I dont really want to take out my motherboard but I dont have much of a choice there are very few good hsf with push pins.

So is the Zalman 9700 instalation quite easy or is it difficult?

CPU? Umm thats just another HSF.

Personally I wouldn't use anything but either the Zalman9700,Tuniq Tower,or the Ultra 120 Extreme

Its rather easy to install actually.

Just don't be worried about pushing the LGA 775 plate down after screwing one in partly in. It does take a bit of force, but won't damage anything.

The easiest way i've found to installing it after you get the backplate bolted is take off the 110mm fan. The fan side screw is a pain to bolt down unless you either take off the fan or have a Allen Head screwdriver.
