Should get your i7 to awesome temps. You definitely want the apogee XT or the EK supreme HF to save a couple bucks. There is not much of a difference in temps.

plus it's already got a fan in the middle, so do i still need a panaflo or will it just help decrease the temp

Replace it with a panaflo for uber epicness. Just be sure of the dimensions of the fan before you buy the panaflo.

Yep, but make sure of the depth. Some fans are 25mm thick, others are 38.

oh great.. i cant believe it doesnt say the specific fan measurements ugh, so ill have to manually measure it when arrived and then replace after
