hi,

upon building my girlfriends brothers pc his friend also want me to build him one

with a £500 -£600 budget heres what i got so far

that totals £605 ish with delivery so what you think

(i know the graphics card is crap its purely so he can hook up a tv and monitor nothing special no gaming)

n e suggestions ?
 
Pick out a better PSU. Something with an established name brand. You definitely don't need 600 watts either, 450-500 would be more than enough.
 
why does he need 1TB of storage?!?!?!
well by the sounds of it he wants to wire it to his tv so he prolly wants a media computer for the living room to hold all his music , videos and other stuff

as for the psu you only need 450-500max and so get a lower power , better branded one

and as for the video well as you said it aint for gaming so it doesnot matter
 
yeah might have to get better PSU and yh ur spot on bout the TB of storage he already got a USB TV Card so he will be recording off the tele and like u said for all his music and backup of DVD's

but other than that hows it looking
 
Good CPU, motherboard, RAM - I have all those same components except for a slightly better motherboard.

Everything else looks good though.
