Yellow ! point issue

On my win 7 PC, under device manager I am getting the following:

Ok, Under "other devices" there is 2 entries of "IPMI interfaces" and "PCI serial Port" with yellow ! point next to them. How would I go abouts fixing this please? I appreciate your help. Should I click on each one and click update driver?

if not, what do I need to do, please?

EDIT: I clicked update driver but it couldn't find anything.

driver issue I believe. right-click go to properties and whats it say in the device status box?

yes, I know it a driver issue but for what item / part? I appreciate ur help. It says "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver." which I did but it couldn't find anything for either device.

What kind of computer do u have? I know u have win7, but did u upgrade from xp or vista?

School bought computer of someone who makes them. I use to have XP on it. My mobo is an intel d945gtp. Need any other info? thx for helping me.

Well, here is the download page for your motherboard: Intel® Desktop Board D945GTP. grab the latest chipset drivers. I'm not sure of the make-up of Windows 7, so I couldn't tell you which you may need.

I am told the are the same as vista 32 bit so should I try those? If you could take your best guess? THX AR. I appreciate it. Would it be number 3 on this page where it says chipset????? If not, what other ones do I need to d/l between 3-10?

Yup, you'll need at least #3. You may need all those listed under "Drivers" depending on the options on your motherboard.

It's for Vista, but it's the same problem you're seeing with Win 7 Beta.
