id say vista as long as your running a dual core cpu and 2 gig of ram with a video card
its a better interface and a good design
xp is good but i like vista better
give it a year or 2 and there will be no reason to dual boot with xp
(make sure u use 64 bit) need to use all 8 g of ram some how =P

Seriously, this isn't an IM or gaming session. Take your 1337speak somewhere else.

Anyway, I like both for different reasons. Eventually, once software support for Vista becomes better, I think it will end up better than XP.

It's vista for me. Once you really sit down and play with it, it's hard to use XP. Vista is just soo much more efficiant.

PERSONALLY I THINK IF YOU HAVE BEYOND THE MINIMUM SPECS TO RUN VISTA THEN YOU'LL BE FINE. IF YOU DON'T, USE XP. BOTH ARE GREAT OPERATING SYSTEMS BUT I PREFER VISTA. EVEN THOUGH I TOOK IT OFF MY SYSTEM, ALL I NEED IS AN UPGRADE AND I'LL BE FINE. FOR NOW XP IS FINE, BUT VISTA HAS A LOT OF POTENTIAL.

I'd say Vista. It seems to have a promising future that will surpass the capabilities of XP. And DX10, come on. People are complaining about bugsbugsbugsbugsbugs right now, but what happened when XP was first released? Vista will clear up.
