Default xbox 360 through comp monitor

I'm currently working on getting my desktop setup the way I want it. I would like to run an xbox 360 into my computer so I can use the monitor for it. I have seen a computer in a store that had input for a DVD/VHS player.
Xbox 360's have a composite HD AV cable and I was wondering if there are any graphics cards that will support that at all?
I'm trying to stay away from the extra money to buy a HD TV...

My comp takes PCI Express cards.

I would also like it to have the ability to run a dual monitor setup...

Am I asking too much of a graphics card? or would it be cheaper to skip the graphics card and spend that money on a HD TV?

you could just buy a vga adapter for it.

http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x/xbox360vgahdcable/

you just run it directly to the monitor rather than through the compuyter to the monitor. then you could get a kvm switch so you could have both the computer and xboz plugged into the monitor at the same time, and then you flip a switch on the kvm adapter to change between the xbox and computer.

you could get this

http://www.kvm-switches-online.com/vs201.html

just plgu the monitor into the bottom plug, and then plug the xbox into one of the other ones and your computer into the remaining one. you could probably find something similar to it for a lot less money too.
