yea the 780 is good if you have dual cards
if not the x38 is great(good for oclocking the q6600)

The upgrade is so new, they don't give you much time huh?

Well I guess I'll try to contact eVGA to see if they can release any information about an upgrade program in the future..I doubt they'll release anything though

Nobody will be able to afford a 45nm quad when they come out anyway, they're going to be very expensive.

The quad. I wouldn't buy a 780i, it's the same thing as a 680, except with PCIe 2.0

The 45nm are going to be the same price as the current Q6600? I mean I know that they'd be cheaper to manufacture than the 65nms but I wouldn't have thought they'd be that cheap.

According to a price leak they are, but the exact price could be $30 dollars more. Don't really know intill stores have them for sale.

Well, I basically think the X38 would perform better, but IMO, I'm still waiting for their X48 chipsets.
