Try Deamon tools if u wanna run it on ur pc is the game pc format?

i know deamon tools opens like every image file and lets u install it but yeh im not that pro

I dont exactly want to help you do it because it is illegal to download it, and shouldn't be talked about in this forum. But i want to clear stuff up.

Splinter Cell 2 is a DVD ROM, and so is only one disc worth 4.7gb of data.

That cue and bin will be the game in a special format that are called image files. You'd use these image files to copy to 1 DVD using a dvd copying program.

That is all. Just to clear up all the questions of what it is...
