As it looks, i would definitely upgrade your pc.. but thats just me

Your proc and hd are good but your ram and vid card is lacking. if your mobo uses agp then you need to get a new mobo

Depends what you are using it for,If it's for internet and email then it's more than enough.If it's for gaming,you DEFINATELY want to upgrade your graphics card and RAM.
