Would really appreciate help - New Build (and new builder)

I'm about to (somewhat nervously) order parts for my first effort at building a mid-level PC to run Vista Premium, MS Flight Sim X, do photoediting and for general internet use. I've tentatively settled on the following components and would like some wise advice on how well they will work in combination. I'm trying to keep my cost under $2K (Canadian):

Antec Solo case + Antec 500 watt Neo Power Supply
Intel E6600 CPU - 2.4 GHz
Asus P5B-E Motherboard
2 GB Memory - probably Kingston ValuRam PC-5300 667 MHz
ATI X1950 Pro Graphics Card
2 - 250GB Seagate SATA Barracuda HDs - Raid 1 arrangement for redundancy
LG GSA H22N DVD Burner
Samsung 940BW 19" LCD Monitor

Any comments re reliability, compatibility, better choices, etc?

looks great. I don't think there is anything I'd change, except you might want to get 800mhz ram, if you don't mind paying the extra. Though that 667mhz will be enough too, but faster is always better.

edit: ohh, and forget about mid-level :p, that build is very good.
