Would this play wow and minecraft?

AMD 64 2.41GHz processor
1.75GB ram
512MB NVIDIA GeForce 7600 video card (VGA/DVI)
160GB HDD
Sony 16x Dual Layer DVD burner
4 front usb ports, 4 rear usb ports
And im planning on upgrading the cpu and gpu but as is will it play wow and minecraft?

About WOW:
well. not on Max settings with 60 fps. but it should be a good enough experience.

it should play minecraft pretty dissent aswell.

those games are not very performance hungry.

You need to put a bit more ram in and maybe a better video card, Try this Can You RUN It | Can I run that game | Game system requirements, It's a good tool to see whether or not your computer is capable of running games.

As to what BK_123 said, more ram and need a better video card. As for me, there are many games i want to play on my PC, but cant because of my video card, its old and crapp. lol
