Default Would this memory work?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...L1C-_-20145184
CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

I was wondering if that memory was compatible with this MoBo:
BIOSTAR TForce TP45HP LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138123
or with this processor:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 Wolfdale 3.16GHz 6MB L2 Cache
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115036

I don't remember what memory had to work with; could someone clear this up for me?

Many thanks.

yep! looks good, although I would recommend going ahead and getting the 1066 DDR2 instead. Even though the investment is a little more.

He could, but IMO the minimal performance boost isn't worth the extra money.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I ordered that pair I showed for about $25 after the rebate hopefully.
Should of done some more research but if anything I'll just go up to 8 gig if I need it (;

You don't really see a performance boost above a 1:1 FSB:RAM ratio.

Edit: Corsair RAM is good. I have a set 2GB set I used for about a year and now it's in my LAN rig.
