Question Would this all work?

Hey i have decided to build my own PC, but i only have a old DELL vostro 200 desktop shell (non slim version) and is has nothing in apart from all things needed to power it and its motherboard. The mother board is old and so is the computer, the mother board is: Motherboard G33M02 or something.

The specs i am wanting to get are:
CPU:INTEL Core i5-3450 Processor
GPU: ASUS AMD Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition PCI-E Graphics Card - 2 GB
RAM:INTEGRAL PC3-10600 DDR3-1333 DIMM RAM Memory Module - 4GB (x2)
Hard Drive:CNMEMORY CnM Internal 3.5" SATA Hard Drive - 1.5TB

I would love it if someone could tell me if it would be possible to fit these to the computer above(or the the motherboard). And if it wouldn't work could you link me to a mother board that would fit the case above and be able to hold all the upgrades i will be getting. Thanks a lot

Dell Vostro 200 Desktop Computer Specs (Intel Pentium Dual Core E2220 2.4GHz, DDR2 SDRAM 1GB, 80GB) - Desktops - CNET Reviews
CPU: no
RAM: no
GPU: maybe
HD: depends on the bios

As for a motherboard, shop NewEgg. As for using that case, it's custom made for Dell. The motherboard standoffs don't match most aftermarket motherboards.
